Welcome to Your Never Ending Story (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our storytelling platform, beta program, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are designed for parents, guardians, and families.

You must be 18 years or older to register and manage an account.

Children may participate in listening to and interacting with stories only under parental supervision.

2. Beta Program Disclaimer

The Services are currently offered as part of a beta program. Features may change, errors may occur, and interruptions may happen.

By joining the beta, you agree to use the Services “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when signing up.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Story Content & Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and story generation technology are owned by Your Never Ending Story.

The interactive stories created may include user input (e.g., children’s voices, preferences).

Parents and children retain ownership of their input, but by using the Services you grant Your Never Ending Story a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use anonymized or modified versions of the content for:

Improving the Services

Marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., creating videos based on stories)

We will never release your child’s real name, likeness, or identifying information.

5. Communications & Messaging

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive marketing communications from us.

Frequency: up to 2 messages per month.

Standard data and message rates may apply.

You may opt-out anytime by replying “STOP” or unsubscribing from email.

6. Payments & Future Services

Beta participation is currently free.

Future premium features may require payment, which will be subject to additional terms at that time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We are not responsible for:

Device issues, internet failures, or interruptions.

Inappropriate use of the Services outside of intended family settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
